Post Stranded on a highway for 13 hours, motorists ask where were the updates?
Tuesday's record snowfall sparked an avalanche an anger from motorists who were stranded for hours on Highway 1, east of Canmore near Lac des Arcs. They say a lack of information from Alberta Transportation and the RCMP led to an exhausting, confusing, traumatic and scary night.
