Watch: Your Wi-Fi now has a new naming system. The Wi-Fi Alliance, which traditionally identified Wi-Fi with a sequence of complicated 802.11 standards has switched to a far simpler 'numerical' sequence of naming advancement in Wi-Fi technology.
