Bell Unlocked rogers note 2 on bell h+?

I have 2 note 2s. 1 from rogers thats unlocked and 1 bell unit. For some odd reason one displays 4G (rogers) and the other (bell) displays h+. They both go onto LTE but why does the rogers one not display h+? Is there something different about the rogers units from the bell ones? My buddy is on...
