Help Me Choose A Home Security System

I'm in the market for video security systems for my house. Wanted to hear your opinions and suggestions.
What I need:
-Night Vision Cameras
-High resolution.
I mean if you can't see the faces properly, video security systems are worthless. Night vision is a must.
-Motion Detection sensors
-Real-time monitoring facility with mobile app
-Ability to save video offline.
-Decent Cloud storage
-CO Detector
-Smart lock
Already found some cool options while surfing on the web. Yesterday a residential security alarm company in Toronto called me and gave a pretty good deal.
but since it's the home security I thought it would be wise to know your opinions before making a decision.
So please share your thoughts on this.
