Default Groups allege black visitors to Parliament Hill were called 'dark-skinned,' asked to leave cafeteria
The Parliamentary Protective Service has launched an internal investigation into allegations that a member of its staff acted in a discriminatory way towards a group of black visitors to Parliament Hill earlier this week.
