Post 'No urgency' in UCP leadership investigation, lawyer to argue in seeking emergency court injunction
On Monday afternoon, the lawyer for former UCP leadership candidate Jeff Callaway will ask a Calgary judge to*immediately shut down the investigation into his client's so-called "kamikaze" campaign, arguing there is "no urgency" to question witnesses during an election period.*
