Bell Is the Alcatel Linkhub (hh41nh) unlocked?
As per title, was looking online and for $129 it fits my needs, I just want to know if it's unlocked like the cellphones or due to being a "just data device" gets the old treatment. Also if anybody has any prior experience using it with other carriers. Thanks!
