Default Does anyone know any details about Telus cancelling web space?

I've been a Telus Internet customer since they first offered DSL. During that time, they've dropped newsgroups, migrated to a near-useless email service, switched to Gmail, and now they've cancelled web space -- all without compensation and for the web space, with NO NOTICE.

To say that I'm furious is an understatement. That web space was serving the page for my business and I have no idea how long it's been down. It's been just a holding page since I've retired, but that's not the point. Had I been relying on it, I'd have been in trouble.

They have posted a phone number to get info, but I know that if I call it I'll go ballistic on them and get cut off. Anyone have any details?
