Victim of police violence believes mistreatment racially motivated, judge hears at cop's sentencing hearing

Former Calgary constable Trevor Lindsay's victim died months after he suffered a beating at the hands of the officer, but during this week's sentencing hearing, the prosecution is putting another alleged victim on the stand to describe what is purported to be excessive force against a second handcuffed person.
