Post 'We're just all in limbo,' says Foothills County homeowner awaiting buyout post-2013 flood
Foothills County says its been asking the province for $12.8 million to purchase 11 vulnerable properties affected by the 2013 floods — to date it's received $2 million to buy and remediate two properties.
