Default New coast guard ship beset by malfunctions, training delays 18 months after N.S. arrival
Critical training delays, equipment malfunctions and parts delays are among the challenges facing the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Capt. Jacques Cartier, a year and a half after it was delivered to Nova Scotia.
