Default COVID-19 has delayed criminal trials across Canada. Is the justice system doing enough to address the problem?
Judges across Canada are being asked to consider whether trial delays due to COVID-19 have been entirely unavoidable - and if enough was done to reduce the impact on the families of victims and the accused.
