Default Manitoba municipality declares state of agricultural disaster due to drought, record-breaking heat
While people have been able to get some reprieve indoors from record-breaking temperatures, there is no let up for farmers. They say their crops are being ruined and a lack of water for cattle is forcing some to sell their animals.
