Zunl Blackberry and internet plan + Hotspot

If I wanted to use the zunl blackberry email and internet plan and use the Hotspot feature on my Blackberry Bold 9900, should I be incurring tethering charges? A CSR screwed up and added the PDA unlimited data version to my account, then it was changed to the Blackberry version and raked up huge...
