Jessica Rickard says it took months and multiple visits to Health Sciences North (HSN) to finally be diagnosed and treated for bronchitis.*She's not alone in her experiences as an Indigenous person who's sought help from the Sudbury, Ont., hospital, which says it is "dedicated to providing a culturally safe environment."*
