Hello everyone,
Has the customer service been an issue for anyone here? It has been a debacle in my case. I have been a Telus customer since 2001. I moved to my new place in August of 2020 and I am still waiting for an optik TV box that I had ordered right after I moved in. What triggered this post is an issue with outgoing mobility calls. When I call a number, the person's caller ID displays my name along with a real estate company's name. I do not recall ever registering or mentioning the company under my profile. The support staff (in Philipines) advises me that it is an issue for the service provider of the individual I called, which I find quite ridiculous. I think it is time I switch my service provider. Kindly share your experience with Telus support over the past few years. More... |
