Post Quebec retailing family 'not surrendering' to Hudson's Bay over Zellers brand
Hudson's Bay Company owned the Zellers brand for years, but last year the trademark registration expired on the company (whoops). Now a Quebec outfit says it wants to make the lowest price the law again — though a court fight over the brand looms.
