Default Rash of drink-spiking incidents goes unchecked by police in Charlottetown
An advocate says she’s disappointed police decided against investigating more than a dozen cases of alleged druggings on P.E.I.. many of which happened in 2010 and 2011, saying she has reason to believe they may be linked.
