Post Program providing free phones for Indigenous women at risk slow to catch on in Calgary
Nearly two years after the program's launch, the Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary hasn't activated any of the 10 free phones provided by Telus for Indigenous women at risk due to pandemic-related barriers.
