Supply shortages in Port aux Basques, N.L., as residents wait for storm-damaged roads to be fixed

The area is cut off from the rest of N.L. by road washouts, and with lineups at grocery stores and pumps, MHA Andrew Parsons is asking people not to hoard food or fuel.
