Default Prosecution against Niagara constable halted after colleague who shot him may have lied in testimony
The case against Niagara regional police Const. Nathan Parker was stayed Monday after a forensic probe found his colleague, Shane Donovan, who shot Parker in 2018, may have lied while testifying in an Ontario court.
