Default Students from India paid thousands to Quebec colleges they couldn't attend. Now they can't get that money back
Ritik Sharma, who lives in India, paid $15,000 to attend a private college in Sherbrooke, Que. He ultimately wasn't able to get a student visa to come to Canada, but still hasn't been reimbursed his tuition.
