Default Catholic bishops miss deadline to release details of $30M pledge for residential school survivors
Canada's Catholic bishops promised to release details of a $30-million fundraising campaign for residential school survivors in November. But now, just as millions of Catholics prepare for Christmas mass this weekend, CBC News has learned the national campaign hasn't yet started.
