Post Alberta top court reserves decision on supervised consumption site injunction
The Lethbridge Overdose Prevention Society is asking the Alberta Court of Appeal to impose an injunction on a provincial government plan to begin asking safe consumption site users to provide personal health care information. The court reserved its decision.
