How do we reach Telus to ask questions about the 5G installation in Lake Chaparral? They are making such a mess. We have a giant 10 foot long hole at the roots of our trees and now the other hole on our front lawn has just been filled with a gravel mixture so we have large pieces of gravel all over our lawn. Just wondering what the process is for fixing the lawn and ensuring the trees aren't damaged. It is like searching for a needle in a haystack trying to find a phone number to actually speak with Telus. It is a contractor doing the work so I am assuming Telus has no idea the mess they are making or perhaps they wouldn't allow it.
