Default Family calling for answers after baby's leg broken at Jim Pattison Children's Hospital
Tobias Soosay was "happy and in good spirits" at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital on April 3, the last time his mother saw him before April 7, when she discovered him in a full leg cast with no explanation about why it was needed.
