Getting Audible notification for specific emails from specific email addresses

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an iPhone app (Cydia, App Store, etc.) that would allow certain emails to have audible alerts based on Subject line and/or from specific emails (From:?????) and remain silent for the rest of the other emails. I had this functionality on my BB from work...
