Default UBC's new 'sailbot' nearly ready for 2,500-km voyage from Victoria to Hawaii
Engineering students are preparing their autonomous, solar-powered "sailbot" named Raye to set sail for Hawaii this month, six years after its predecessor failed in its attempt to cross the Atlantic.
