Default On climate change, Quebec parties fail to provide tough measures needed to meet emissions targets
Quebecers may say they care about the environment, but parties are still afraid of being punished for taking concrete actions and most of their election platforms avoid the tough measures necessary to get the province on track to meet 2030 emissions targets.
