Default Slain Ottawa student who moved from Nunavut answered Facebook ad for roommate
Savanna Pikuyak, a 22-year-old woman from Nunavut was killed only days after moving to Ottawa. Police have charged Nikolas Ibey, 33, with second-degree murder. Sources say he was her new roommate.
