Default Legault apologizes for saying problems that led to Joyce Echaquan's death are 'resolved'
François Legault seemed to brush aside concerns about systemic racism in the province's health system last week during a debate when he said issues at the hospital where Joyce Echaquan died have been resolved. There was immediate backlash.
