Default 80-year-old facing $23K bill after racing pigeons were seized while he was in hospital
Arthur Plasschaert was hospitalized for COVID-19 last Christmas. In the days that followed, his 600 racing pigeons were left on their own and later seized by the Ontario Humane Society. Now he's facing an expensive bill for their care.
