In the idyllic, seaside community of Canso, N.S., two challenges stand in the way of a new spaceport that would launch rockets carrying communications satellites into orbit over the Atlantic Ocean: vocal opposition dampening excitement over the potential for new jobs and tourist dollars, and the need for millions more in funding.
