Default France honours 100-year-old B.C. veteran with Legion of Honour medal
Fernand Labrie's contributions toward liberating France will be recognized*on Nov. 17, when the veteran from Duncan, B.C., is due to be made a Knight of the French National Order of the Legion of Honour.
