Default Pedestrian deaths are rising. How can the Montreal area's streets be made safer?
After a particularly deadly period that saw at least eight pedestrians killed in Quebec over a two-week span, including a 7-year-old whose family fled war-torn Ukraine, advocates are questioning what can be done to prevent more deaths.
