Koodo Out-of-province plans. Who is still on them?

Saw in the news that Koodo is notifying some customers that their plans will be going up by $5 in February. And it got me thinking, if this would also affect people who are still on out-of-province plans, which they got through the loophole years ago. Just curious who in this forum is still on one...
