Default Ottawa's mayor says nearly a year after the convoy, it's time to reopen once-occupied street
Nearly a year after the capital's most recognizable roadway was closed to traffic, Ottawa city council is considering reopening Wellington Street to vehicles — despite the federal government's desire to keep it barricaded.
