Default Proposed settlement reached in residential school reparations class action
Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc and shíshálh Nation in British Columbia filed a claim for collective compensation in 2012 as part of a broader class action known as the Gottfriedson case. That case was settled last fall and more details are expected to be released on Saturday.
