Default 'Our people are dying': Mayo residents say Yukon gov't efforts to address substance use fall short
A year after the Yukon declared a substance use health emergency, the territorial government says it has worked to expand and improve the mental wellness and substance-related services available in the territory. But a community outside of Whitehorse says it hasn't felt the impacts of any of those initiatives.
