Default Polar vortex brings freezing temperatures to central, eastern Canada
The polar vortex hitting central and eastern Canada has sent temperatures to life-threatening lows. In Toronto, there aren't enough shelter beds to keep everyone off the streets at night but workers and volunteers say they won't turn anyone away.
