Default Multiple private LTC homes on P.E.I. failing to meet standards
Multiple private long-term care homes on P.E.I. have been failing to meet the required inspection standards. But the Community Care Facility and Nursing Home Board says closing a home is a last resort, given current waitlists and the already-strained system.
