The coming months will feature plenty of women's hockey, culminating with April's world championships in Brampton, Ont. But a glaring gap remains: the sport’s best players reside with the Professional Women's Hockey Players' Association, while the logistical structure of a league appears to be in the Premier Hockey Federation.
