Telus $75 a month fibre internet plan is a scam

I signed up for the $75 a month internet plan ($85 a month with $10 off for koodo/telus phone plans) and they are refusing to apply the $10 discount for me. I have called twice so far and both times they told me they will call me back to set the discount but I'm still waiting.

This is a total scam and now I am stuck paying more than I agreed to.
