Default IPV4 Drops when running without the bundled hardware

I'm running the Telus Fiber converter (Vanvita NH20T) and a Ubiquitiy mesh wifi setup. After removing the bundled Telus "Super awesome internet funbox for the whole family" I get IP v4 drops all over the place, IPv4 service just dumps every few hours. It comes back online later, and just...drops again later. IPV6 continutes to route.

Thinking I was crazy, I installed another router and the same thing happened! I tried one more time with a wired device directly into the NH20T and it has the same problems. These problems all go away when I plug in the extra router but its very slow and I don't have a need for it.

Has anyone had this issue before? Apparently its a non standard implementation of ARP Protocols?
