Pure Fibre availability in Lethbridge?

Hi!
I've been asking for availability of Pure Fibre in my neighbourhood since I first started getting Telus advertising about it maybe 10 years ago. The last agent I spoke with (a couple of months ago) about service upgrades said my neighbourhood wasn't even on the list. I asked how long the list was. The answer was that there is no list.

In a press release on September 25, 2023, I read:
“As a company with deep roots in Western Canada, we’re incredibly proud of our proven track record of putting customers and communities here first," said Zainul Mawji, Executive Vice-president and President of TELUS Consumer Solutions.

I've been a customer for as long as Telus has been Telus and a resident in this neighbourhood for over 20 years. Do you ever plan to retrofit existing neighbourhoods, particularly mine?
