Why are telus staff so sketchy?

Like i go to call and ask why they didnt show up for an installation twice in a row and my call gets answered by a girl whos clearly sitting in a bar who sounds like shes on drugs. She asks me to verify my birthday 5 times as if shes staring at a blank screen and now shes become a detective when we all know shes got all my info right in front of her.
