Default Moca on Fiber 3GBPS bandwidth

Hello,
I recently upgraded my fiber package to 3GPBS but sadly the only way to connect the Telus fiber hub is via a moca connection. I have been looking at buying a 3rd party moca device (please see link for the device) but as this product is a little pricy. I would rather buy one then two. My question is the Telus fiber hub, I know it has Moca built into it already but will it have Moca 2.5 as im trying to max out the fastest speed possible or will i need to buy two 3rd party moca adapters?
