Service Installed Jan 17th Jan 25th Internet Works But Phone Doesn't

Hi, still quite new to the forums. A little after 1 am Novemer 25th, and to my surprise, discovered phone doesnt work but telus 150 still does (Internet/Fibre). Unplugged and replugged all phones and nothing. Any ideas on what I can try in the meantime till online chat support opens???
