Does Install Tech Bring Modem?

I just signed up for Telus PureFibre coming from Shaw and have an install scheduled this week. Does the technician bring the Internet equipment or does it get shipped to me? I understand that the TV boxes will be shipped and I can self install these (I think?) but I'm hoping the technician will bring the internet equipment as I haven't had a notification for anything being shipped yet.
