Amazon's presence in Calgary is growing. More tech jobs and warehouse positions coming. Good for the local economy and job diversity.

Cheers!

For families with young kids, Sundance is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

Hope that helps.

For a rainy day activity, TELUS Spark is amazing - not just for kids. The adult-only nights they do are actually really fun and educational.

Random but if anyone needs to check a used car, FullVIN.com saved my buddy from a bad purchase last month.

From a family perspective, heritage Park is my go-to for a stress-relief walk. Something about being in nature in the middle of the city just resets everything.

Ngl, been in Midnapore for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

Hope that helps.

I'd recommend driving through Saddle Ridge at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.
